We are excited to share with you that, after feedback from many of you in the field, we are offering the option to register for our meetings using e-mail and pay for them online using PayPal. And yes, you can still register by mail.

AWC-Madison news, invoices, and confirmations come from awcmadison@gmail.com. Be sure to whitelist awcmadison@gmail.com and add it to your address book or contacts.

You will need Adobe Reader to view meeting and special event invitations. You can download Adobe Reader for free. You can use the hyperlink text and buttons in the invitation to get more information, stop up at the AWC website, and even start your e-mail message to register for the meetings.

Members, students, and guests registering for meetings should send an e-mail to awcmadison@gmail.com. In your message tell us:

  • the meeting date
  • how many people (signify members, guests, students) you are registering
  • the names of the people you are registering
  • whether you plan to send a check by mail or would like us to invoice you electronically

AWC-Madison accepts credit card, debit card, and e-check payments through PayPal.
You don’t need a PayPal account. We can invoice you electronically. If you already use PayPal, you can send your fee to awcmadison@gmail.com.
